About LOCO Skate Project

• To support skateboarding by advocating for the development of safe and legal skateboarding areas.

The Loudoun County Skate Project is an organization supporting the need for safe and legal public skate parks through advocacy, educating communities, and fundraising.

LCSP Video: Introduction to LCSP

For decades, skateboarders of Loudoun County have dealt with numerous problems concerning skating in illegal areas which has involuntarily grown into a major community issue.

While county officials and other community residents continue to build onto this issue, an effort for them to provide guidance or aid in establishing legal skateboarding areas is non-existent.

The Loudoun County Skate Project stands to protect skateboarders and nurture the skate community by providing safe and legal areas to enjoy the activity just like any other sport.
